📋 Description

  • Demonstrate a strong desire to continue growing your UX skills
  • Collaborate with the UX lead and 3Pillar practices (PDM, PM, Eng)
  • Communicate progress and delivery timelines to team and client
  • Adapt to changing priorities and scope
  • Participate in UX and engagement rituals/meetings
  • Identify risks and escalate as needed

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 7 years of client-facing UX experience
  • 3–5 years in a managerial UX role
  • 2+ years of consulting experience
  • Strong experience with UX design platforms like Figma
  • Practical knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus
