🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in brand/creative design; mentoring designers.
• Portfolio showing craft across campaigns, events, or product marketing.
• Led design for launches, activations, or integrated campaigns.
• Strong creative judgment and actionable feedback.
• Experience balancing multiple complex projects with quality.
• Comfort moving between leadership and hands-on execution.
