Design Manager

📋 Description

• Direct Oversight: Manage a team of Product Designers and their output.
• Performance Engineering: Set goals and track team progress.
• Coaching & Mentorship: Provide feedback and coaching to elevate the team's craft.
• Culture Stewardship: Foster inclusive, trust-based culture with accountability.
• Liaison to Client Leadership: Align design with the client's transformation goals.
• Strategic Alignment: Partner with client Product and Engineering to shape priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of client-facing UX experience
• 3-5 years in a managerial UX role
• At least 2 years of consulting experience
• Strong experience with UX design platforms like Figma
• Experience with digital products, business logic, processes
• Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies
