Design Manager - Buildings, Infrastructure, & Marine

📋 Description

• Support the Head of Engineering in the review, development, and evaluation of tender and project
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage external design consultants and specialist subcontractors, ensuring deliverables meet
• Review and validate design submissions, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, standards, and local authority
• Identify design risks and opportunities and propose mitigation measures and value engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineering certification is an advantage
• Additional qualifications in Project Management or Design Management are beneficial
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering design and construction, covering both design office
• Minimum 5 years in a Design Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design projects across buildings and infrastructure
