Design Manager

📋 Description

• Direct Oversight: Manage a team of Product Designers and their day-to-day output.
• Liaison to Client Leadership: Report to Head of Product Design to align with client goals.
• Strategic Alignment: Partner with client Product and Engineering managers to shape priorities.
• Stakeholder Navigation: Advocate for evidence-based decisions in complex stakeholder environments.
• Coaching & Mentorship: Provide design feedback to elevate the team's craft.
• Culture Stewardship: Foster inclusive, accountable, continuous-learning team culture.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a client-facing UX position
• At least 3-5 years in a managerial UX role
• At least 2 years of consulting experience
• Strong experience in UX design platforms like Figma
• Experience with Agile practices and Lean methodologies
• Experience working with global teams is a plus
