Design Manager, Experiential

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of brand and experiential designers
• Own the creative direction for Stripe's experiential design output
• Partner with the Experiential Creative Director to define strategic vision
• Champion creative quality from concept through execution
• Build and evolve Stripe's experiential design system
• Oversee relationships with agencies, production studios, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years design experience, incl 3+ years leading teams
• Proven Creative Director experience for global brand events
• Strong people leadership and team-building skills
• Deep knowledge of experiential design: env graphics, wayfinding, identity
• Ability to art direct across digital/physical; tools: Figma, Keynote, Adobe CC, AI
• Executive presence; defend creative decisions to senior leaders
