Design Researcher

📋 Description

• Own research from scope to delivery: plan, recruit, run sessions, synthesize.
• Translate findings into actionable product recommendations.
• Engage with users via site visits, interviews, and observation.
• Champion customer empathy across Product, Design, Eng, leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research while maintaining rigor.
• Independently scope, prioritize, and manage research projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years UX research experience.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Translate ambiguous problems into scoped research plans.
• Synthesize findings into presentations for PMs, designers, engineers.
• Independent, cross-functional, fast-paced work style.
• Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude).
