  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and leadership

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales leadership
  • Proven success coaching high-performing teams
  • Strong decision-making and uphold standards
  • Experience with value-based/consultative selling; premium brands preferred
  • High integrity, professionalism, accountability
  • Experience in interior design/home improvement or high-touch residential services preferred
