Design Solution Engineering

📋 Description

• Promote and educate customers on MISUMI products and services.
• Create and deliver technical presentations to design engineering groups.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve growth goals.
• Provide technical design support on materials, fits, tolerances, and CAD models.
• Handle large, custom, and cross-over quotes between customers and internal teams.
• Ensure quality compliance and resolve claims with Customer Service and Procurement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Robotics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years of application/mechanical engineering experience preferred
• Sizing and specifying mechanical assemblies with assembly capabilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment preferred
• Proficient in 3D CAD and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
