• Own brand systems for consistent outputs across brands
• Build templates, components, and brand rules
• Create scalable, repeatable production across channels

• Support designers with 1:1s, workload planning, and ramping

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio
• Track record building systems: templates, guidelines, components
• Mentoring designers; leadership is a plus
• Clear, constructive feedback and communication
• Direct communicator in a fast-moving remote team
• Hands-on with AI creative tools or a strong POV on usage
• Comfortable working remotely across multiple brands
