🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in product design, front-end, design systems, or related
• Prototyping with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or similar
• Experience building reusable components or internal tooling
• Familiarity with Figma and modern dev workflows including version control
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
