🎯 Requirements

Must reside and be licensed in North Dakota.
1099 contractor status; ND licensure required.
Strong knowledge of licensing, boards/MLS, and state real estate law.
Experience supporting high-volume agents and regulatory updates.
Proficient with remote collaboration and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving for complex transactions.
