🎯 Requirements

5+ years of design experience spanning web, product/UX, and brand
Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped website work and product UX
Expert-level fluency in Figma; prototyping tools and modern web design patterns
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and how design hands off to engineering
Excellent attention to detail and a high quality bar
Preferred: B2B SaaS/adtech experience; startup/high-growth; AI tooling
