Empower users at scale: collaborate with Sales and CX to unlock Figma in workflows
Create written, visual, and video resources from exploration to production
Inspire community connections: foster relationships within the Figma community and nurture initiatives
Speak and engage at events: present at meetups, conferences, and community events
Champion user voices: advocate feedback to inform product decisions

🎯 Requirements

Deep, hands-on Figma expertise with product-team exposure
Experience integrating Figma in real product teams from exploration to outcomes
Strong understanding of modern product design workflows and design systems
Experience building/managing design tokens and AI-assisted design
Excellent communication; comfortable presenting to large audiences
Willing to travel up to 25% to connect with the design community
