• Bring deep, hands-on expertise in Figma, modern product and visual design workflows, and design
• Have experience working within cross-functional product teams, collaborating closely with engineers
• Are comfortable navigating evolving workflows and technologies, including design systems, tokens
• Are passionate about the design community and are a clear, compelling communicator who can explain
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in dynamic environments, and are comfortable traveling up
