📋 Description

• Create marketing visuals that are a vibrant expression of the brand while driving growth and
• Support new and emerging products as they grow, bringing a startup mindset to early-stage work
• Design brand-led content and storytelling projects, including web experiences, video graphics, and
• Understand and correctly apply the Splice identity and brand system across all projects, and help
• Partner with the Design Lead on larger brand and marketing initiatives across Splice's growing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to produce high-quality, on-brand work

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of design experience, ideally including time at a startup or on a small team
• Skilled at adapting design systems across desktop, mobile, and print.
• Fluent in working within an established brand system, with experience extending or building new
• Experience collaborating with other designers, photographers, and creatives.
• Sharp eye for detail and a direct communicator who speaks up in reviews.
• Ability to work on multiple fast-moving projects at once.
