📋 Description

• Independently and with guidance, contribute conceptual architecture within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Prepare and contribute to design and presentation efforts, including 3D visualizations.
• With direction, contribute to BIM model production and related deliverables.
• Participate in project coordination with other disciplines.
• May lead a project issue or topic within the team.
• Review shop drawings with guidance from the Project Architect.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master’s) from an accredited program required.
• Minimum 4 years of related professional experience required.
• Strong creative design portfolio essential.
• Experience with real-time rendering and 3D software (Enscape/Twinmotion/V-Ray) required.
• Some experience in Grasshopper and Dynamo preferred.
• Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
