Lead and execute project phases under supervision.
Space planning and programming.
Create design concepts and mood boards for client presentations.
Prepare and review interior design docs in Revit and AutoCAD; 3D renderings.
Coordinate with furniture dealers, reps, and fabricators to meet goals.
Lead design coordination from concept through construction administration; respond to submittals during CA.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years' experience in Interior Architecture & Design.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture-related program (preferred).
Proficient in Revit documentation, 3D rendering, BIM 360.
Proficient in SketchUp and Rhino.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
Knowledge of building codes and strong communication skills.
