Designer III - Security

📋 Description

• Support modeling strategy and coordination quality across multiple projects
• Lead production execution with strong technical judgment
• Deliver accurate, fully coordinated Revit models and documentation
• Coordinate across disciplines and help guide Designer I/II members
• Contribute to TEECOM system improvements via templates, standards, and dashboards
• Assist engineers with early engineering support and calculations

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field
• 4+ years in AEC with Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction docs
• Experience delivering tech system designs (Telecom/ICT, AV, Security, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, GitHub
• Strong organization, communication, and cross-discipline collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and guide junior designers
