Designer - Runway

📋 Description

• Lead creative development of Runway collection each season.
• Develop research, concepts, and sketches for design direction.
• Work hands-on with draping, mock-ups, and experimentation.
• Partner with Design, Buying, Pattern Cutting, and Product Development.
• Lead fittings to refine silhouette, construction, and finish.
• Guide and develop Assistant and Junior Designers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Womenswear Designer in luxury/premium fashion.
• Experience with elevated ready-to-wear collections.
• Strong knowledge of silhouette, proportion, fabrication.
• Sharp eye for color, detail, and proportion.
• Balance directional fashion with commercial relevance.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
