🎯 Requirements

Bachelors in IT/Engineering or related field, or comparable experience.
4+ years in hands-on technical support.
4+ years in IT infrastructure, networking, AV, or systems support.
Strong problem-solving under pressure in fast-paced settings.
Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
PMP certification and IT certs (e.g., Network+, MCSE) a plus.
