Desktop Support Analyst I

📋 Description

• Provide technical and end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
• Provide remote and on-site desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, application, and
• Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications
• Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs
• Perform software updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus signatures
• Document processes and create knowledge base articles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field OR 4 years of equivalent work
• A+ Certification required
• Intermediate desktop support and troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and peripheral
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (O365), Windows environments, and SharePoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus
