Desktop Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as a point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance (onsite/remote)
• Respond to and troubleshoot user support incidents for endpoint hardware and software
• Provision and deployment of laptops and desktop apps; maintain office technology hardware
• Escalate issues to Tier 3 staff and document actions in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with IT Operations to support a remote workforce

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in a desktop support role
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and laptop hardware (Windows 10/macOS) plus iOS/Android
• Experience with Bomgar remote support and Webex/Teams
• Experience with Intune or JAMF MDM
• Experience with ServiceNow or JIRA
• Must be onsite in Libertyville office 5 days/week
