🎯 Requirements

3+ years in IT support and troubleshooting.
Experience administering Google Suite, Zoom, OKTA, LDAP.
Manage large macOS device fleet with JAMF or similar.
Onboarding sessions and IT user training experience.
Scripting in Bash or Python to automate tasks.
Team player with independent work and strong IT security.
Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.
