📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for employees needing desktop and tech support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and apps on Windows and macOS.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, VPN, and other apps.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical users.
• Hybrid role: remote/in-office in San Diego.
• Advancement based on performance, not tenure.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years IT support experience
• ServiceNow (or equivalent ticketing system)
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Azure AD (user-level administration)
• Windows and macOS troubleshooting
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage workload independently
