📋 Description

  • Serve as initial contact for IT issues (software, hardware, network).
  • Provide hands-on desktop/laptop support for Windows and macOS.
  • Image/re-image Windows and macOS notebooks; perform hardware upgrades.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems; escalate as needed.
  • Educate users on IT security and data protection.
  • Create and update desktop support documentation; track incidents.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in desktop support; leadership and mentoring.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with Office 365 and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
  • A+ certification preferred.
