Desktop Systems Administrator I

📋 Description

• Escalation point for desktop/laptop issues in 1,000+ user org
• Respond to Service Desk calls, incidents, and tasks
• Administer and support enterprise desktop devices at Five9
• Troubleshoot and resolve compute infra issues
• Provide IT support for Apple, Microsoft, VPNs, and mobile devices
• On-site smart hands for Corporate IT Infrastructure teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years enterprise desktop support; Jamf and Intune exp
• Experience with MS Office, Zoom, Slack, Okta
• MacOS and Windows device support
• Active Directory user/group/policy administration
• Scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
• Cloud environments or SaaS apps experience
