Detection & Response Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with key employees across the organization
• Use offensive security to develop plausible threat scenarios to improve detection
• Assess logs for gaps; add logging as needed
• Build data pipelines to scale data and observability
• Lead incident response, as needed
• Develop detection rules with other D&R Engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Find weaknesses in real-world networks, cloud environments, or apps
• Hands-on experience responding to security incidents
• Strong understanding of networks, OS, and cryptographic protocols
• 4+ years of experience in Security, Software Eng, SRE, or related fields
• Experience with ClickHouse or similar data warehouses
• Red team experience or incident commander role
