Dev Ops II

📋 Description

• Mentor DevOps engineers and promote automation, GitOps, and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement scalable infra automation across GCP and on-prem using Terraform and GitOps.
• Harden GKE clusters: node pools, RBAC, Fleet, and scalability.
• Operate and extend GitOps delivery pipeline with FluxCD (source, kustomize, image-reflector, image-automation).
• Manage secret lifecycle using HashiCorp Vault, GCP Secret Manager, and SOPS/KMS encryption.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for secure, automated delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud, or SRE roles.
• GCP: GKE, IAM, VPC, Fleet, Workload Identity, Secret Manager.
• Terraform for IaC across multi-environment setups.
• Kubernetes cluster ops: nodes, RBAC, network policies, troubleshooting.
• GitOps with FluxCD (or ArgoCD) in production.
• Istio or service mesh: traffic, mTLS, observability.
• Vault for secrets management and access policy enforcement.
• OPA Gatekeeper for Kubernetes policies; External Secrets Operator.
• Bash and/or Python scripting.
• Monitoring/logging: Prometheus, Grafana, log pipelines.
• AI/LLM tools used to improve infra (hands-on).
