Developer & Agent Experience Engineer

📋 Description

• Ship agent tools and skills for frictionless WorkOS integration
• Write evaluations to measure developer outcomes
• Talk to customers and translate insights into roadmap
• Architect tooling for fully generated, polyglot SDK pipelines
• Own and evolve SDKs across Node/TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Go, Java, PHP, .NET
• Build AI-native docs and WorkOS CLI for complex integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development shipping SDKs or OSS
• Fluency in at least three supported languages; idiomatic code
• Experience with AI-native tooling: agent SDKs, context engineering, evals, LLM CLIs
• Interest in documentation as infrastructure, not just prose
• Strong instincts for exceptional developer experience
• Experience owning projects end-to-end and driving customer impact
