📋 Description

• Build and grow the developer community, establishing its foundations, culture, governance, and
• Act as the primary community voice by responding to questions, participating in discussions, and
• Moderate community channels, enforce guidelines, manage escalations, and foster a welcoming and
• Organize recurring office hours, AMAs, developer challenges, prompts, and hackathons to encourage
• Develop and manage a content calendar, creating and coordinating educational and engagement-focused

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or community management, with
• Proven ability to launch and grow a developer community, including establishing early engagement
• Experience developing governance, moderation, engagement, and content programs across platforms
• A degree in computer science or equivalent software engineering experience, with a solid technical
• Familiarity with work management, automation, SaaS, or developer-focused platforms; relevant
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create technical, approachable, and
