Developer, Device Trust Reliability

📋 Description

• Build and improve the services that power Device Trust
• Improve the reliability, observability, and operability of production systems through software
• Work across application code, service dependencies, cloud infrastructure, networking, deployment
• Help establish safer ways to make and validate changes to critical systems
• Participate in incident response and post-incident learning, turning operational lessons into
• Partner with engineers across Device Trust, Platform, Security, and other teams to identify risks

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Experience working with backend services, APIs, distributed systems, or other software where
• Take ownership of scoped problems from investigation through implementation and follow-up
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails
• Use observability tools to understand system health and investigate issues; experience with Datadog
• Care about testing, maintainability, and clarity in both code and documentation
