• Based in Australia or New Zealand
• Excellent English and another language
• Deep Roblox knowledge and good moderation history
• Strong written and spoken communication
• Proactive, adaptable, team player
• Cross-functional collaboration skills
• Passion for community empowerment
• Knowledge of community processes and best practices
• Experience with gaming communities or events a plus
• Early career / fresh grad preferred
