• Develop understanding of Roblox moderation rules and guidelines
• Identify and engage with potential partners in the developer community
• Plan and execute online and offline community events and initiatives
• Manage programs from concept through completion with clear goals, milestones
• Support translation and localization to be accessible to global audiences
• Follow team processes while seeking workflow improvements

• Great understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community
• Good standing regarding Roblox moderation history
• Excellent speaking and writing in English and one applied language
• Excellent communication and relationship-building online and offline
• Proactive and adaptable mindset to support a global developer ecosystem
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
