• Plan and execute online and offline community events across regions
• Identify and engage with potential partners to build a strong pipeline
• Manage programs from concept to completion with clear goals and milestones
• Support translation and localization to ensure materials are accessible
• Follow established team processes and seek workflow improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Great understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and one applied language
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, online and offline
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for supporting and growing a global developer ecosystem
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with gaming communities, game jams, or virtual/hybrid event planning is a plus
