Developer Engagement Team (Contract)

📋 Description

• Resolve creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies.
• Coordinate communication between Roblox staff and creators.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up.
• Work up to 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, with occasional weekend on-call.

• Capable of managing time effectively.
• In-depth understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community.
• Solid knowledge of Roblox Studio technical aspects.
• Experience developing on Roblox or other creation platforms.
