Developer Experience (DX) Lead

📋 Description

• Collaborate with studio tech leads and engineers to map workflows.
• Learn engines, stacks, and build pipelines used across teams.
• Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities to simplify pipelines and tooling.
• Help teams align on shared approaches without enforcing uniform solutions.
• Turn field observations into actionable technical initiatives; define scope.
• Define success criteria and set up focused missions with contributors.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in game/software engineering with shipped titles.
• T-shaped with multiple engines, stacks, and CI/CD; depth in one area.
• Proven cross-team change agent with facilitation and stakeholder mgmt.
• Producer-like coordination: scope initiatives, success criteria, running focused missions.
• AI-assisted dev tools experience (code review, refactoring, testing, migrations).
