Developer Experience Engineer

📋 Description

• Founding individual contributor on the Platform team to shape DevEx metrics and improvements across
• Lead evaluation and integration of developer tools, including AI-assisted tooling.
• Improve local development experience, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC processes.
• Define and track developer productivity metrics and onboarding efficiency.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering leadership to deliver DevEx roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Software Engineering, DevEx, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (Go preferred) and modern tooling.
• Experience integrating generative AI tooling into software workflows.
• Understanding of LLM limitations, prompt injection, and security risks.
• SDLC expertise including Git flow, GitLab CI, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong technical communication and ability to document clearly for humans and LLMs.
