🎯 Requirements

• Technical: you've built software and can read a PR or design doc
• Understand product and roadmap well enough to demo from memory
• Shipped things that resonate with developers: docs, launches, videos, threads, posts
• Write engaging copy with a point of view
• Chronically online, know trends on developer X and Hacker News
• High motor, spot and fix problems without being asked
