📋 Description

• Own end-to-end test strategy across APIs, services, UI, data, infra
• Stand up ephemeral test environments in Kubernetes for PRs and release candidates
• Speed up quality earlier in CI/CD with parallel tests and caching
• Build observability into testing with logs, traces, dashboards
• Establish performance and reliability baselines with SLIs and SLOs
• Partner on incident workflows and postmortems

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years software or infrastructure engineering
• Python and pytest experience
• CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions) experience
• API testing, mocking, and data setup/teardown
• Define quality standards and write test plans
• Cross-team testing and release execution
