• Manage high-stakes escalations with top creators to keep content compliant.
• Bridge creators with Legal, Safety, Policy, and Ops teams.
• Minimize platform interruptions by coordinating with enforcement to prevent takedowns.
• Support internal stakeholders by coordinating with strategic accounts for updates.
• Drive process improvements with technical teams to improve compliance workflows.
• Liaise with developers on the Novel Games Initiative.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in community support, program management, or creator relations.
• Trust & Safety or Compliance experience a plus.
• Masterful communication for partners and executives.
• Google Suite, Salesforce and Zendesk CRM tools; AI-savvy.
• Crisis management calm under pressure during high-stake events.
• Gaming industry fluency to engage with top developers.
