📋 Description

• Set the strategy and goals for social, community, developer programs, and developer brand.
• Decide what to build first, what to hand to agencies or contractors, and when to hire.
• Hire and manage the team.
• Report on what's working to Developer Experience and Marketing leadership.
• Run Render's accounts on X, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Set the channel strategy: where we show up, how often, and what we measure.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years across social, community, developer marketing, or brand, including building or leading a
• Experience hiring and leading a team, or building a function from early stage.
• Recent hands-on ownership of a company's social channels.
• Experience building a developer community or program.
• Experience shaping a brand voice.
• Fluency with developer audiences and technical comfort to write about infrastructure.
