📋 Description

  • Own and scale WorkOS developer events (meetups, panels, workshops)
  • Represent WorkOS as a public technical voice (talks, demos, conversations)
  • Create technical content for events and education (guides, talks, demos)
  • Build relationships with developer communities and influencers
  • Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering to align roadmap and messaging
  • Support talent pipelines by building communities where candidates and customers gather

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in Developer Relations, advocacy, community, or technical marketing
  • Strong technical foundation with credibility to demo, build, and explain
  • Bias toward doing: run events end-to-end and ship content
  • Excellent communicator and facilitator; comfortable on stage
  • High agency and builder mindset; energized by experimentation
  • Bonus: experience in developer tools, identity/auth, or enterprise topics
