🎯 Requirements

ML or training-infrastructure experience with data loading, video decode, and GPU utilization.
Strong technical writing; able to point to material you have written.
Fluent in Python; comfortable with PyTorch, Hugging Face, and data-pipeline stacks.
Solid understanding of GPUs, training loops, and bottlenecks.
Well connected in developer/AI communities.
Nice to have: OSS contributions in PyTorch/HF, or data formats.
