Developer Success Engineer

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Prefect and Dagster installations, integrations
• Own each issue through resolution, maintaining customer communication and escalation when needed
• Create documentation, debugging resources, and tooling to reduce repeat issues
• Provide evidence-based diagnoses and collaborate with customers to troubleshoot issues
• File reproducible product issues and surface recurring patterns to Engineering and Product
• Work independently on support queue, covering 9am-5pm Pacific with on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Python fluency for reading and debugging others' code
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containers/Kubernetes
• Experience with workflow orchestrators (Prefect, Dagster, Airflow or similar)
• Technical customer-facing experience (support, solutions engineering, developer relations)
• Strong written communication skills
