Developer Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support for backend services, integrations, and databases across cloud
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide escalation support for high-impact incidents.
• Troubleshoot installations, upgrades, migrations, performance issues, and environment-specific
• Analyze application logs, support bundles, database queries, API traffic, and system metrics to
• Use development and environment inspection tools to debug application behavior across multiple
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve escalated cases and document defects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years experience supporting Java-based web applications or enterprise software.
• Strong troubleshooting across application code, logs, databases, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on SQL and database experience (MySQL or SQL Server).
• Strong Linux command-line skills for log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with REST APIs, SaaS/web apps, Kubernetes, and networking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
