📋 Description

• Grow online conversations between users across forum, Discord, and Reddit.
• Own shaping content and engagement; seed and triage conversations.
• Build a superfans operating system: identify, spotlight, enable, reward contributors.
• Collaborate with IRL events to bridge online and offline communities.
• Publicly model PostHog's values through writing and speaking.
• Avoid turning channels into customer support or top-of-funnel signups.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record building or stewarding online communities with high-quality conversations.
• Already an active PostHog user; can discuss product credibly.
• Active participant in developer communities (not just managed externally).
• Strong public writing and speaking; model conversational standards.
• Embody PostHog's values in day-to-day experiences.
• OSS maintainer experience (nice to have).
• Has run a developer-focused program (champions, ambassadors, hackathons) (nice to have).
• Built an audience (newsletter, podcast, YouTube, Twitter/X) (nice to have).
