📋 Description

• Research emerging markets to identify strategic land and power opportunities aligned with
• Identify and evaluate industrial and commercial land opportunities by assessing utility capacity
• Build and maintain relationships with utilities, brokers, landowners, developers, municipalities
• Conduct preliminary market research, site evaluations, and due diligence to assess the viability of
• Support negotiations and site control activities, including letters of intent, purchase agreements
• Prepare market analyses, site summaries, and recommendations for leadership review.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Engineering, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related
• Two or more years of experience in commercial real estate, industrial development, land
• Experience researching and evaluating commercial or industrial development opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, utilities, landowners
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
