📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with organizational priorities
• Manage a portfolio of major and mid-level donor prospects, overseeing identification
• Develop compelling fundraising materials, including outreach emails, proposals, impact reports
• Partner with the CEO and Board members to identify prospective donors, facilitate introductions
• Manage the full grant lifecycle, from prospect research and application calendars to proposal
• Oversee donor databases, CRM platforms, prospect tracking, gift processing, acknowledgments, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of successful fundraising and direct solicitation experience, including fundraising
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Strong grant-writing skills and experience managing a diverse portfolio of institutional funders
• Proven ability to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors
• Strong experience managing donor databases and CRM systems
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, presentation, and interpersonal skills
