Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Design parts, assemblies, and prototype hardware in SolidWorks with models, drawings, BOMs.
• Create panel layouts and enclosure cutout drawings in AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks.
• Support prototype and tooling builds using pneumatic systems and electrical schematics.
• Develop repeatable processes by defining parameters, equipment, and controls.
• Design and run DOE experiments with statistics to validate performance.
• Maintain documentation, including instructions, parameters, test records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• SolidWorks proficiency required; AutoCAD Electrical preferred.
• Knowledge of controls fundamentals and wiring; repeatable systems.
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems; electrical schematics.
• DOE, statistics, and data analysis for validation.
• Documentation best practices and accurate records.
